What is PCS & KEYS?
PCS & KEYS specializes in premium custom-built desktop computers, custom mechanical keyboards, enthusiast hardware, accessories, and community-driven technology content.
Do you build every computer to order?
Yes. Unless specifically listed as in-stock inventory, our systems are built after your order is placed to ensure quality and proper testing.
Can I customize my computer?
Absolutely. Most systems allow customization of processors, graphics cards, cooling, storage, memory, cases, lighting, and other components depending on compatibility.
Do you build custom keyboards?
Yes. We offer custom mechanical keyboards featuring premium switches, keycaps, stabilizers, and enthusiast-grade components.
ORDERS
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once assembly or customization has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If production has not started, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes.
How do I check my order status?
Customers can view available order updates through their PCS & KEYS account or by contacting customer support.
SHIPPING
At this time PCS & KEYS ships within the United States and Canada.
Will my order be insured?
Yes. Shipments are packaged carefully and include appropriate shipping protection whenever available.
WARRANTY
Do PCS & KEYS computers include a warranty?
Yes. All eligible systems include warranty coverage as described in our Warranty Policy.
What if a component fails?
If a covered component fails during the warranty period, PCS & KEYS will repair or replace the defective component in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
RETURNS
Can I return a custom-built PC?
Because every custom system is built specifically for each customer, returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I return accessories?
Unused eligible accessories may qualify for return under our Returns & Refund Policy.
AUCTIONS
How do weekly auctions work?
PCS & KEYS periodically offers completed custom builds through scheduled auctions. Each auction listing includes the rules, bidding period, and eligibility requirements.
Can anyone participate?
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements listed for each auction.
MEMBERSHIP
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. PCS & KEYS offers membership benefits that may include exclusive content, early product access, special promotions, and other community features.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time.

Do I need an account to place an order?
