6. CUSTOM BUILDS
Custom PC and keyboard builds are assembled according to the specifications selected by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected components before placing an order. Because custom-built systems are assembled specifically for each customer, processing times may vary depending on component availability, testing, and quality assurance procedures.
PCS & KEYS reserves the right to substitute equivalent components only when necessary and only when doing so does not materially reduce performance or value. If a significant substitution becomes necessary, customers will be notified whenever reasonably possible.
7. MARKETPLACE
PCS & KEYS may provide a Marketplace where approved users can buy and sell eligible products.
Marketplace sellers are responsible for:
• The accuracy of their listings.
• Product descriptions.
• Images.
• Pricing.
• Compliance with applicable laws.
PCS & KEYS acts as the platform provider and is not the owner of products listed by independent sellers unless specifically identified as the seller. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS
PCS & KEYS provides an online Marketplace where approved users may buy and sell eligible products.
Marketplace sellers are solely responsible for:

• Product photographs
• Product condition
• Pricing
• Shipping products in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Marketplace buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. PCS & KEYS reserves the right to remove listings, suspend seller privileges, or terminate Marketplace accounts that violate these Terms or negatively impact the integrity of the Marketplace.
PCS & KEYS is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but may, at its sole discretion, assist in resolving disputes when appropriate.
9. WEEKLY AUCTIONS
PCS & KEYS may host weekly online auctions featuring custom computers, keyboards, components, accessories, and other eligible products.
By participating in an auction, you agree that:
• All bids are considered binding.
• Winning bidders are responsible for completing payment within the timeframe specified by PCS & KEYS.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the winning bid and suspension or permanent removal from future auctions.
• PCS & KEYS reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or terminate any auction when necessary due to technical issues, fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Auction availability, eligibility, and participation requirements may change without prior notice.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines become the responsibility of the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
PCS & KEYS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started on a custom-built computer or keyboard, cancellation requests may no longer be possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
PCS & KEYS reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• Payment verification issues
• Fraud prevention
• Product availability
• Pricing errors
• Shipping restrictions
• Violations of these Terms
If PCS & KEYS cancels an order before shipment, any eligible payment received will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
15. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the PCS & KEYS Refund Policy. Customers should review the Refund Policy before making a purchase. Certain products—including custom-built computers, custom keyboards, and personalized products—may not qualify for return except where required by applicable law. Warranty claims are governed separately by the PCS & KEYS Warranty Policy.

Product availability displayed on our website is subject to change without notice. PCS & KEYS cannot guarantee inventory availability until an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified and offered available options, which may include a refund, replacement, or equivalent alternative where appropriate.
